It’s great fun getting the freedom to seep into other areas of the business that you wouldn’t get the chance to do anywhere else. This business is very good at giving you the flexibility to see what your talents are. I’d never been involved in millions of pounds worth of contracts but I I joined the business from the construction industry as a plater, working on the am now.
