Hot pepper boats:

Ingredients: Jalapeño peppers, Hummus, Baked Pita Chips

Instructions: Take your Jalapeño pepper and cut them long ways making them look like little canoe. Once you do that remove the seeds and the inner part of the pepper that’s left. Then take a spoon and fill the pepper with hummus and place a pita chip on top to make it look like a sail on a sailboat.

*if you don’t like hot peppers you can use the small sweet peppers as a substitute*

No bake stuffed peppers:

Ingredients: Bell pepper, Rice, refried beans, habanero pepper, corn starch, chili powder, , , powder, powder, and ground

Instructions: cut the top off of your bell pepper and scoop out the guts, then cook your refried beans and rice, cut up a habanero pepper up to small bites and make sure to remove the seeds then mix in with the rice and beans, add (1 Tablespoon cornstarch, 2 teaspoons chili powder, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1/2 teaspoon , 1/2 teaspoon , and 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin). Then scoop your mixture into the pepper and enjoy a unique take on a stuffed pepper.
