He has a lifelong interest in nature conservation, which was originally stimulated by his interest in birds. He has been involved in conservation advocacy and research on environmental governance for almost twenty years. Wilson Lau is the Research and Projects Coordinator at Civic Exchange. His research is broadly centered around liveability issues, which includes a focus on nature conservation, as well as work on city wellbeing and urban walkability.
