WordPerfect CUSTOM Darry D

With WordPerfect Office, you can easily create custom ToolBars that provide quick access to the features, keystrokes, commands, and macros that you use most often. You can even remove or rearrange buttons on preset ToolBars.

CREATE A CUSTOM IN WORDPERFECT OR PRESENTATIONS

1. Click Tools > Settings (Figure 1).

2. Click Customize (Figure 2).

3. In the Customize Settings , click the ToolBars , and then click Create (Figure 3). Figure 3

6. Add Features (Figure 6). The ToolBar Editor dialog box lets you add any feature, keystroke, command, or macro to a ToolBar.: ì Choose a feature from the Features list. Ù Click Add . Ú The selected feature appears on the new ToolBar. Figure 6

7. Click the “OK” button at the bottom when you are finished adding features.

CREATE A CUSTOM TOOLBAR IN QUATTRO PRO 1. Click Tools > Customize. 2. In the Options dialog box, click the plus sign (+) next to Customi- zation, and click ToolBar. 3. Click New. 4. An empty ToolBar appears on your screen (see below). 5. In the ToolBar list, type a name for the new ToolBar. Click Com- mands. From the Commands drop-down list, choose the name that corresponds to the command you want. For example, to add a command to your ToolBar from the , choose Edit from the Commands drop-down list.

DRAG COMMANDS FROM THE LIST TO THE TOOLBAR You can also choose which ToolBars to display on your screen. You can move a ToolBar anywhere on the screen simply by dragging it. Placing it inside the document creates a floating ToolBar with a title bar. Placing it on any of the four sides of the document window docks the ToolBar, making it part of the window border.
