We're supposing you're taking the plane to Tunis airport.

By train: The SNCFT sells train tickets between Tunis and Sfax for approx. 30 dinars the two-ways ticket (1st class), it makes 15€. Even if the places are booked people are sitting wherever they want. The journey between Tunis and Sfax is lasting 3h with an express train or with a direct connection. http://www.sncft.com.tn/ By car: Car rental companies are numerous in Tunisia. Count on average 30€ per rental day. Take the highway P1 in the direction of the south. The toll costs are between 1 and 3€ regardless of the city of origin.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Weather situation: Please take into consideration, that the climate in Tunisia is generally quite warm all year round, with cooler winters (the coolest months are January and February when temperatures can drop to around 10 degrees Celsius or less in the Atlas Mountains and most rain falls) and hot, dry summers. Required Clothing for Tunisia: Medium-weights clothing and rainwear in winter. Sunglasses are advised. Please prepare yourself with appropriate clothing.
