Tender Notice

The Jammu and Kashmir State Board of School Education (Kashmir Division) intends to sell the miscellaneous scrap articles on "as is where is" basis, lying at the BOSE Campus, Bemina, Srinagar, Kashmir. Sealed tenders are invited from the registered • dealers having GST-(Goods & Service Tax) and PAN (Permanent Account Number) for the sale of scrap material. Interested parties should drop their bids in the office of the Assistant Secretary, Estates, BOSE, Kashmir Division latest by l..LMay;2019 before 03:00 PM. The prospective bidders have to offer the rates over and above the reserved price (minimum rates) prescribed against each item as defined below.

a. Tenders should be submitted in the prescribed form obtainable from the given address. b. The Tender should be submitted in sealed cover addressed to the Joint Secretary, Estates, Kashmir Division. c. No tender document submitted or received by post after the specified date and time shall be accepted or be eligible for consideration. d. Incomplete tender or tenders submitted without qualifying conditions or with condition at variance are liable to be rejected. e. In the event of office remaining closed on the date of opening of the tender of any unforeseen reason, the tender shall be received and opened on the next working

date. h~ ~rYr:?19 f The tenderers will have to pay an Earnest Money Deposit of Rs.5; ~.(Rupees ) only in the shape of Demand Draft drawn in favour of Accounts Officer, BOSE, Kashmir Division and the same will be refunded to the said tenderer (without any interest) only after satisfactory execution of the contract and fulfilment of all the contractual obligations by the vendor, while unsuccessful tenderers can claim the refund of Demand Draft after seven days of opening of tenders and completion of the related process. g. The successful tenderer will have to lift the scrap material necessarily within weeks' time and will have to deposit the sale proceeds in the BOSE chest within four days of accord of contract.

h. Lifting of all the scrap from "as is where is JJ basis will be the total and complete risk and responsibility of the successful tenderer. 7. The prospective tenderers will be allowed to inspect the scrap items lying the BOSE premises at Bemina, Srinagar during office hours on the designated dates. j. The tenderer should thoroughly satisfy themselves about the nature, conditions and quality of material at the time of inspection. k. The Scrap material are sold on LOT basis. The entire material lying in the lot will have to be lifted by the purchaser so as to clear the entire lot at a time. l. In case the vendor is not able to execute the Job in time or to the entire satisfaction of the Secretary, BOSE, the Secretary, BOSE may allot the work to any other vendor at any time. 111. The Secretary, Jammu & Kashmir State. Board of School Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without any reason.
