This crisp and refreshing cider mixes the sweetness of the apples with a subtle dryness for a balanced cider taste. Sheet Metal Blonde is a Belgian Wit beer that is light pale in color, cloudy, contains orange peel, coriander and chamomile for a delightful finish. The satisfying elements of both stout and coffee come together in this full-bodied treat. An enlightening beer. Bursting w/ hop aromas ranging from pine to grapefruit notes. The result is a rich, estery brew wwith toffee notes & citrus hop flavors. A crisp hint of roasted barley, the fresh breeze of hops & the refreshing bite all make for the bittersweet reward. A Rye based double IPA. Brewed with an obscene amount of malts and hops. Shocking flavors - Far beyond contemporary community standards. Infinitely complex in aroma & flavor w/ notes of maltiness & tartness throughout. An unsurpassed old brown w/ the richness & complexity of a vintage wine. ` Straight raspberry juice is blended with selected Lambic; reich-red Framboise has a taste of sparkling raspberry champagne. Sweet, sour, salty, bitter & spicy flavors. This malt-forward dubbel ale is fermented with Trappist yeast and finishes dry & slightly sour from a touch of bretta. Golden Ale delicately spiced w/ smoked chipotle chile peppers. Delivers a rich malty aroma, delicately smooth & crisp flavor, & subtle chipotle chili finish. Deep ruby in color this beer is brewed with fresh English hops thrown into every brewing vessel, then dry hopped after fermentation to impart a zesty kick This truly old fashioned soda has the rich, creamy flavor that only comes from using pure Wisconsin honey from the combs. Ebony in color, smooth, creamy & full bodied w/ big richness of texture that is oily & assertive, like a warming coconut brandy. This is an American Strong ale, with a severe bitter taste that is worthy for those willing for the extreme.. The evil big brother of Arrogant Bastard Ale delivers a huge malt bill & a belligerent hoppiness make this heavy ale one that will be appreciated by only a few. Featuring a big malt base with a large dose of galaxy and centennial hops. Barley, wheat & oats are used to give this beer its smooth malt profile, balanced w/ American hops & a cool fermentation. A bright, vibrant wheat beer brewed with real ginger and clover honey that delivers the perfect balance between sweet and spice. This Imperial IPA has an opening salvo of mango, peach and citrus hop aromas that sit atop a pronounced caramel malt backbone. An American Wheat Beer brewed with red wheat and boat loads of amarillo hops gives this summer brew a lemony finish. Belgian style ale with triple fermentation. L’Eau Bénite is a golden ale with a slightly fruity taste and a light spicy aromatic flavor. A Classic American Pilsner, reminiscent of what local beer tasted like before prohibition. Brewed w/ organic coriander, chamomile, and orange peel to be light on the tongue & refreshingly tart. A cloudy hazy appearance & unmistakable flavors of cloves, banana, citrus, vanilla & bubblegum are just some of the refreshing characteristics. Chocolate malt and real dark chocolate are combined with Young's, full flavored dark beer to craft a satisfyingly indulgent, but never overly sweet experience. The rule, never ask for "a beer" applies especially in Belgium. Such a request will bring forth a perfectly acceptable lager of a type, but one that could just as easily be found in many other countries. The great beers of Belgium are not its lagers. Its native brews are in other styles, and they offer an extraordinary variety, some so different from more conventional brews that at the initial encounter they are scarcely recognisable as beers. Yet they represent some of the oldest traditions of brewing in the Western world. No other country (even those with far more breweries) has among its native styles of beer such diversity, individuality, idiosyncrasy and colour. Nor does any other country present beers so beautifully. Belgian brewers often use wired and corked Champagne bottles, and serve each beer in its own shape of glass, ranging from flutes to snifters and chalices. It is something of a Belgian speciality to bottle beers with a sediment of live yeast, so that they can be laid down to mature. This technique is usually indicated on the label by the phrase "re-fermented in the bottle" (Refermentée en bouteille / Hergist in de fles ).
