The long standing nature of the Palestinian-Israeli conflict, coupled with a belief that abatement is not in the offing, lends itself well to schol- arly attention and legal discernment. Collectively the materials presented offer those who deal with this sensitive and delicate set of human rela- tionships an opportunity to think about the issues rather than search for comments written by others. As with any bibliography, even those considered to be comprehen- sive, some citations have not been included, but not intentionally ex- cluded. Many of the citations are several years old; this has resulted from picking up what had not been compiled previously. In such subsection, books and monographs are listed first, followed by periodicals and unpub- lished materials. CONTENTS
