Activities before mobility

Preparation of presentations by the Italian team:  Biferno Valle del Matese (Rivers and Lakes in Molise),  How Mozzarella Cheese is made and the use of water during its production process; Research and study by the Italian team of Riofreddo Tunnel, local bottled water plant and water springs at Santa Maria del Molise; Research and study by the Italian team about use of water in dairy factories (the articles found and a glossary have been sent to partners) A Quiz for students, made by the Italian team, has been sent to partners to test knowledge about the use of water in local dairy factories and on fresh water used to be bottled

Preparation of basic conversation guide in Italian prepared by the Italian team and sent to partners for linguistic and cultural preparation. Collaboration with the primary school for the contest “Save Water”

Activities during mobility

Visits to local dairy factory and water bottled plant, Water tunnel Riofreddo, Presentations by Italian students of water in Molise (rivers and lakes), how water is used in industry, the water tunnel of Riofreddo. Workshops based on the visits and preparation of an e-booklet with outcomes and conclusions of the meeting with photographs. Contest “Save Water” by elementary local school Activities after mobility

Completion of the e-booklet DAIRY INDUSTRY AND WATER; Evaluation on mobility Italian Team writes an e-newsletter about the meeting; French Team writes minutes of the meeting; Dissemination by all partners

20th April Welcome to IISS Bojano - IPSEOA Vinchiaturo by students of hotellery school in their uniforms; a welcoming speech by the Headmaster Mr Umberto Di Lallo, and the Mayor of Vinchiaturo.

On the welcoming day The Mayor of Vinchiaturo brought for the first time out of the Vinchiaturo Municipality the Guest Book that has been signed by all our guests. Our Mayor has always been involved as a partner in our activities.
