The brand Francesco Scognamiglio is receiving a strong international recognition thanks to the fact that its dresses have been worn by worldwide show-biz VIPs like Madonna (for its video “Give it to me”), Lady GaGa, Rihanna, ; photographed by some of the most important fashion photographer like Karl Lagerfeld, and published on most of the top fashion magazines and web sites.

Based in Milan, but originally from Naples, his success started in 2000 after debut at fashion show in Rome at Palazzo Barberini, then debut at Milan Fashion Week in February 2001. Later he was invited by Donatella to work as a team.

Francesco Scognamiglio’s inspiration comes from life, emotions, dreams, vibrations he receives from what is happening around him. The inspiration for him is not sacred fire that lights up in a moment, rather it’s part of his lifetime. From Naples he customs and appetites for beauty acclaimed important, magnificent, declared but not necessarily ostentatious. In addition, beyond the stereotypes, he instills in his work all the passion that comes from his roots.

Francesco Scognamiglio’s collections are gorgeous, eccentric, spectacular, a true hymn to sensuality and femininity of every woman. He described his fall femme as a “future warrior that’s supernatural and super elegant.”
