NEW CPT CODE PROCESS: Individual components of this assay have been redefined and the initial FISH probe code will now be included in the orderable Mayo Test ID. The orderable test will carry the interpretation and corresponding FISH probe CPT code: 88291-Interpretation and report 88271x2-DNA probe, each; first probe set (formerly reflex code _PB1)
