Aubade has taken a cue from the languorous sensuality and curves of the byzantine odalisques, who gazed and allowed themselves to be gazed upon through the moucharaby lattice screens, in a bold game of seduction. The graphic and iconic Bahia pattern is reinterpreted to create a graphic lace line with sensual transparency and frills. It is reinterpreted in deep and delicate Gentiane blue, close to a navy blue.
