Old traditions - Modern Concepts Pekan Leipä Oy bakes organic bread in a modern IFS certificated bakery in Southern part of Finland. Products are packed in modified atmosphere ensuring a long shelf life without preservatives. All the products are lactose free and they are ideal for toasting. Pekan Leipä's own brand Finnbio is a range of organic breads made with traditional Finnish recipes. Pekan Leipä Oy produces bread also under private label and has been exporting organic products to German market since 2003.
