An Intro “ My friends, I have come to ask you to re-open the channel of communication which I hope is still there; for though overgrown with weeds of oblivion, its lines can still be traced. I have not the same voice that my ancestors had. I have not the wisdom they possessed. My life has not attained that consciousness of fulfillment needed to make this message fruitful. ” With The Legend Prof. Huang Xinchuang Vol 7, The English writings of Rabindranath Tagore , “: A miscellany” page 711

The cultural influences in China can be viewed and is also believed to come from India. Cross-Cultural exchanges between the two civilizations have been traced back at least to the Qin (221-206BC) and Han (202BC-220AD) dynasties. The great epics of Indian itihasa , The Ramayana and The Mahabharata, contain numerous references to China. Chinese monks Xuan Zang (Hsuan Tsang) and Fa Xian (Fa Hsien) journeyed to India for Buddhist scriptures and knowledge while renowned Indian monks Kumarajiva and Bodhidharma spread their teachings in China.

China and India need a basis in espionage to improve their relationship. The two countries lack knowledge of each other’s strategies, and suspicion takes the place of intelligence just when understanding is critical. Neither country engages satisfactorily in normal people-to-people interaction. There is also a lack of diplomatic exchange. India’s embassy in China has just around 30 diplomats. Only 9,200 aprox Indian students study in China, with almost 500 Chinese students in India.

The way We two countries function is completely different, India is vibrant Democratic Country where Ordinary citizens have the chance to sit at the top ranks of the Government whereas in China Citizens hardly have any choice or voice.

Journalist, Think-tanks ,Politicians and Diplomats plays the most important role in the friendship between India and China and also are the key in people to people connection .
