Our list stems from the emotions transmitted to us during trips, tastings, and meetings with producers.

We think that and wines should represent the territory they come from. The producers’ ethics, often small producers, must resonate with our own ethics and values.

Ideally, we would want our list to be able to satisfy all - or almost all - tastes and pockets, while never disregarding quality. We think it’s definitely possible to drink well while spending less.

Thanks to these wines, we would love to take you on a journey through the places they are produced in, as to share with you the mastery and the history behind each and every one of them.

You will find a focus on wines coming from the region of Apulia. That’s because they tell the story at the foundation of our Restaurant’s cuisine and so we think it’s worth giving them the space they deserve.

Mario Soldati, unforgettable writer and pioneer of Italian eno-gastronomic journalism, used to say:

WINE IS EARTH'S POETRY

We couldn’t agree more with him. Hoping that this will be a journey full of emotions for you as well, let’s toast.

ALLA SALUTE, EVVIVA!
