DEAG and BMG enter into an agreement for the promotion of artists

• Letter of Intent about publications in the field of German hit songs/middle-of-the- road music/popular music • Joint investment in the marketing and promotion of artists

Berlin, January 22, 2015 – DEAG Deutsche Entertainment Aktiengesellschaft (ISIN DE000A0Z23G6) and BMG Rights Management GmbH have entered into a Letter of Intent concerning a framework agreement between the label DEAG Music and the subsidiary BMG about the promotion of artists. The two companies pool their expertise and invest in the comprehensive marketing and promotion of DEAG Music artists in the fields of German hit songs/middle-of-the-road music/popular music. They now offer the planning, financing, production, promotion and settlement of publications, including the distribution by Music, from a single source. In this connection the comprehensive 360 degree approach of DEAG is above all to be implemented. The objective of the cooperation is a significant enhancement of the success of publications.
