As of June 1, 2019, the daily resident admission to play basketball is $1.00 per person. Please consider purchasing a pass to forgo the daily fee. 2. There are no guests allowed in the gymnasium. All nonresidents must present their nonresident basketball ID. Please see page 2 for eligibility requirement. The nonresident basketball I.D. can be used for admission to gymnasium & game room after paying the appropriate daily fee. It cannot be used for pool or weight room admission. No loitering is allowed. Inappropriate language or conduct perceived as threatening, inappropriate or less than family-friendly will not be tolerated and will result in removal from the facility. Children 9 years of and under must be with an adult age16 or older at all times. An adult must remain in the building with chil- dren during family time. Each resident is allowed two guests in the pool during open or lap swim. Nonresident swim guests must pay appropriate fee for admission. Guests must stay with the resident at all times. The resident is responsible for the guest’s behavior. Misconduct of either party will result in the removal of both.

And the beautiful, unique symbol welcoming residents and visitors to On Top of the World every day, is a reminder to everyone that our world is very special. Exactly 50 years ago, our Globe, at the front entrance, sat proudly in its gar- den for the first time. It has weathered storms, undergone improvements, received several fresh coats of paint, has been surrounded by hundreds of different flower schemes and most recently, witnessed a complete reno- vation of the entire garden area – includ- ing new fountains. But despite all the caretaking, one thing has been consistent, the Globe has been the icon for this community since 1966. “The Globe was a part of the entire story since day one,” said Kenneth Colen, current president, and son of Sidney Co- len, who dreamed up this entire world of his own. “The Globe was an anchor for the sculpture garden and an enduring legacy reminding visitors and residents that there is only one world, and we, in some small way, are part of it.” Sidney Colen never considered a dif- ferent centerpiece for the garden. Ken- neth said his dad wanted something mem- orable, something that would get noticed, something out of the ordinary, and he wanted to create a buzz.     VILLA PARK • Parks and Recreation Jefferson Pool Rules and Regulations 1. Admission: a. All persons entering the pool must pay full admission price or have a season pass, including spectators. b. In accordance with the DuPage County Health Department a clean swimsuit is required to enter the water. c. Cutoffs, shorts, leotards, and underwear (bras, briefs, boxer shorts, etc.) cannot be used as a swimsuit and is determined at the discretion of the Pool Manager. d. A clean T-shirt is allowed in the water and is determined at the discretion of the Pool Manager. e. Swim Diaper: Infants and toddlers can enjoy the water if they are wearing a tight disposable swim diaper under their swimsuit. Please note: Disposable swim diapers are necessary for non-toilet trained patrons. f. Children under 10 years old must be accompanied by an adult during open swim 12-5:50p. g. Children under 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult during evening swim 6p-close. h. Lost or stolen season pool passes will be replaced for $10 for the first replacement.     CITY OF GOODYEAR FACILITY AND POOL COMPLEX RULES 1. Admission fees must be paid before entering. 2. The City reserves the right to inspect any and all bags, packages and/or items brought into the facility. 3. Pool hours are subject to change or close at any time at the discretion of the City. 4. The Pool may be cleared for a minimum of 30 minutes in the event of lighting or thunder. 5. No one is allowed in the pool complex unless there is lifeguard standing on guard on duty. 6. Children under 10 years of age must be supervised by a responsible person (18 years or older) at all times while in the facility. 7. Children under the age of 6 years old must also have a responsible person (18 years or older) within 5 ft of them in and out of the water at all times while in the facility. 8. Patrons requiring additional special accommodations are encouraged to inform the Pool Manager of their needs upon entering the facility. 9. Swim Suits are required! Users must wear a swim suit. Clothing such as shoes, socks, cutoffs, pants, basketball/mesh shorts, under garments and cotton shirts may not be worn in the pool. Rash guards or body gloves are acceptable. 10. Children still in diapers, and persons that are likely to be incontinent, are required to wear tightly fitted pants and a swim diaper while in the pool. If this diaper becomes soiled the individual must leave the pool immediately. 11. Long hair must be securely tied back while in the pool.

    Pool Rules There is no substitute for parental supervision – you are responsible for your child. For the health and safety of all: • Swimmers must be 6 years of age and 45 inches tall for admittance. All others must be accompanied by an adult in the water. • Maximum number of two young children per adult • Older siblings may not take younger children into deeper parts of pool • Personal flotation devices must be US Coast Guard Approved • Bathing suits must be worn in the pool • Swim diapers must be worn by children who are not potty trained The following are prohibited: • Diving, running, and pushing on deck and in the pool • Smoking, eating or drinking on the deck • Alcoholic beverages or banned substances • Strollers, chairs, bicycles, skateboards • Swimming during non-operating hours Any action deemed inappropriate by the facility supervisor will not be permitted in the pool area. Proper Pool Attire Please be advised that while swimming in our pools, patrons must wear proper pool attire. Bathing Suits and Swim Trunks All swimmers must wear bathing suits. T-shirts, mesh shorts, cut-off shorts or any other clothing not designed for swimming, are prohibited. All swimming trunks must have a liner. An exception may be made for those individuals who cannot wear bathing suits for religious reasons. In these instances, the individual may wear a full-body danskin suit (usually made of a Lycra material). Examples of this type of swimwear can be found below. T-shirts may NOT be worn over the suits. Shirts While T-shirts are not permitted to be worn in the pool, we also realize that sun protection is very important.

    POOL RULES Guest Responsibilities There is a risk in the participation of water slides and other attractions, and such participation may be hazardous regardless of safety measures undertaken by Payson City. All guests using ​ ​ the pools, water slides, and all other attractions, accept any and all risks in participating in Payson water park activities. Guests have a duty to exercise good judgment and act responsibly while using pool attractions and facilities. Guests will be expected to obey all pool rules, written and oral. Guests need to recognize that forces created by slides and attractions may cause or aggravate some adverse physical conditions and could injure people who are unable to deal with such forces. General Policies & Restrictions ● Payson Pool has the right to close at any time for any reason without notice. ● Slides and Pools may close for rain, lightning, and high winds or any unsafe weather conditions without notice.
