W artykule poddano ana- lizie aktywność pięciu premierów – Winfrieda Kretschmanna z Badenii Wirtembergii (Zieloni), Horsta Seehofera z Bawarii (CSU), Bodo Ramelowa z Turyngii (Die Linke), Stanislawa Tillicha z Saksonii (CDU) oraz Dietmara Woidke z SPD – w kwestii kryzysu migracyjnego. Zasiadają oni w Bundesracie i wpływają na politykę Niemiec, zarówno na płaszczyźnie regionalnej, jak i federalnej oraz w wymiarze europeizacji niemiec- kiej polityki.
