The hotel lies 450 metres from the beach of Lignano Sabbiadoro and a few minutes from the pe- destrian centre. The beach can be reached either on foot (in 10 minutes) or using the free shuttle service. Moreover, it is provided with a large swimming pool equipped with umbrellas, sunbeds and 2 hydrobikes, which can be used for free. In the shadow of the pinetrees, in the garden next to the swimming pool, you fill find a table tennis table, a slide and a swing for children. Then, there are many bicycles for hire, with child seat as well. Under the arcade which surrounds the hotel, a wide bar overlooks the swimming pool. Separated by a second garden, there are three red clay tennis courts, where, by booking, it is possible to have tennis lessons (free rackets and balls).
