CIS does not accept Late Nominations. If you are having trouble lodging your nominations, contact CIS. After nominations close, we cannot assist you. 2. Nominations must have been completed by parents prior to nominations closing. If incomplete the nomination is not visible to CIS or the convenor. 3. Nominations will only be accepted online from NSWCISSC Member Schools or Member Associations Major Sponsors 4. Once a student or teacher has been registered with CIS any subsequent sport nomination will be a renewal rather than a registration. 5. As a nominating teacher or association please ensure parent/guardian emails are used as the contact email. No student email addresses. 6. A sport nomination fee of $25.66 will be charged for all sports in 2020 except for triathlon. The per nomination fee will be charged via the Sports Association and school, at the end of each term. 7. For sports based on individual nominations from schools direct to CIS, generally there is a maximum of three nominations per school. CIS Website CIS Nominations Just a reminder the convenor of a sport is unable to see a nomination that sits in your Manage Invites. It is only in the portal and visible to the convenor once it sits in your team list. Our convenors have a week after nominations close to organise the trials. A lot of the information that is important for the convenor to prepare for and organise a trial is only visible then. e.g. player positions. It is important that PRIOR to nominations closing you check both your team list and manage invites areas. This will enable you to follow up on any student still sitting in your manage invites area. If a student is still listed in this area there are a few things you can try: 1. Check the email, if there is an error in the mail, delete the invitation and then create another invite with the correct email. Try to have only one invite visible for each student. 2. Resend the invite as a reminder. 3. If the parent reports the email has not been received, if possible, try another email address. Please do not use student’s emails, the form needs to be sent to the parent or guardian. Late Nominations If on the day nominations close a student’s name still appears in Manage Invites contact CIS, we cannot help unless we are aware of the nomination. If contacted after nominations close, we cannot assist, and moving forward it will be considered a Late Nomination.
