MOBILITYLAND CORP. will hold “2019 FIM Trial World Championship 2nd Round STRIDER Japanese Grand Prix“(sanctioned by FIM) at Twin Ring Motegi in Tochigi Prefecture, Japan, under the joint auspices of MFJ (Motorcycle Federation of Japan). We would like to give the entrants, teams, and the parties concerned with the event, the overall information of the event including the administrative outline, organization and accommodation as follows.

Section: Twin Ring Motegi opened its facility for service in August 1997. It is located 100km north of Tokyo, near the borderline between Tochigi and Ibaraki prefectures. Sections will be spattered within 640ha of beautiful mountainous area.

- 3 - Chapter 3: VISA

RE: Visa required upon the immigration of foreign teams Any non-Japanese entering into Japan must possess a passport and the visa issued by the local Japanese embassy or consulate general in advance. There are as many as ten different types of visa in Japan, and their categories are strictly distinguished. Of those categories, the appropriate immigration visa for this event would be the “short-term resident visa”. The short-term resident visa is issued under the condition that the individual enters into the country under the purpose of participating in the event as an amateur contestant, and will not be employed nor engaged in any activity subject to remuneration. ※ Please ensure to consult with the contact in below, if the purpose of your stay in Japan will include anything besides your participation in the event.

You must submit an application to the local Japanese embassy or consulate general in order to acquire the said short-term resident visa. Your application must be accompanied by passport, two(2) photographs (45mm by 45mm, taken within the last 6 months), two(2) copies of visa application form (provided by the Japanese embassy or consulate), fee of issue (charges vary according to the country), and a document issued by Twin Ring Motegi. Please read the followings carefully, and notify the contact in below if the conditions requiring you to acquire a “short-term resident visa” applies to you.

◆ Exemption of Short-term Resident Visa For those whose nationality is listed in below, short-term resident visa is waived over a certain period of time, thus may apply for their immigration without a visa. ※ Please ensure that you notify the contact in below if the purpose of your stay in Japan will include any objectives in addition to your participation in the event, or if your stay in Japan will extend beyond the event period. - 4 - Chapter 4 : Accommodation / Transportation

All entrants using the accommodation facility in TWIN RING MOTEGI for this event must make their reservation through TOBU TOP TOURS, the official agent of TWIN RING MOTEGI. TOBU TOP TOURS will also be able to book the air tickets and arrange ground transportation on the entrants behalf.

1- Hotel accommodation Accommodation in Japan must be arranged for under the sole responsibility of each entrant. However, TOBU TOP TOURS will receive any request to stay at Hotel Twin Ring. Please fill out all the information in “Reservation Request Form”, and send it to TOBU TOP TOURS by fax or e-mail by Friday, April 26th, 2019. While priority will be given to the requests of the teams and entrants to stay in Hotel Twin Ring, please acknowledge that the request may not be met, as the rooms available are limited. As for the hotels in the area nearby, there are only a small number of business types of rooms available, and they are located in Utsunomiya or Mito City located roughly 40km away from Motegi. These hotels need to be booked on the individual basis, but TOBU TOP TOURS is designated as the official travel agent with wide experience, and will be able to meet the needs for any transportation arrangements. Please contact TOBU TOP TOURS for further information.

■ Notes on Hotel Twin Ring 1） Entrants taking part in the entire World Championship series ・ One (1) rider is entitled to one (1) room at Hotel Twin Ring free of charge. All rooms are twin rooms, and up to one (1) person in addition to the rider (total of two persons) may stay in one room free of charge. However, the number of free rooms we can offer is limited. ・ Period admitted for free stay: Check-in on Wednesday, June 5th to check-out on Monday, June 10th, 2019 (5 nights in total) ・ Use of accommodation before or after the said period will be charged Sunday, June 2nd to check-out on Wednesday, June 5th , 2019 (Room rate at Hotel Twin Ring: ¥18,000 per night/twin room (for up to two persons) Please be sure to contact us if the room will be used by three or more persons. One room will accommodate up to 2 extra beds, and up to four (4) persons will be able to stay in one room. Extra bed charge: ¥3,240 / per bed a night *We ask that you do not occupy a room with more than three persons in a room without requesting for an extra-bed. *One room will not accommodate five or more. ・ All charges listed include tax and service charges. ・ Guests are responsible for their incidental expenses, including phone calls, meal, laundry, etc. ・ Guests may check in at Hotel Twin Ring anytime after 3:00pm. Please note that if the Reservation Request Form is not sent by Friday, April 26th, 2019 you will be regarded as having abandoned the right and reserved rooms (rooms secured in advance) will be cancelled accordingly. ・ Any cancellation or changes made after Thursday, May 2nd, 2019 will be charged.

2- Transportation The entire travel plan must be made under the sole responsibility of each entrant. The entrants are required to schedule their flight, and to make their own arrangement for ground transportation and to purchase tickets. TOBU TOP TOURS will be able to assist in arranging the tickets and the ground transportation upon request. ■ Air tickets TOBU TOP TOURS will arrange the air tickets upon request. For further information, please confer with the contact in below. ■ Ground transportation TOBU TOP TOURS will be able to arrange the rental cars, vans, etc., upon requests. Traffic rules in Japan

If driving in Japan, please pay special attention to the following: * All drivers are required to have a valid international driving license. * Please observe Japanese Road Traffic Law. *Cars keep to the left in Japan. Making a left turn on a red light is not permitted. However, if a green arrow traffic light is lit, you can turn on the red light as and when indicated by the green arrow. *Please ensure that the driver and all passengers fasten their seat belts, as this is mandatory under the laws of Japan. *Speed limits are fixed on all roads, whether ordinary or toll roads. Please comply with the relevant speed limit and drive safely. *Using mobile phones in any manner while driving is subject to penalty. Please refrain from using mobile phones while driving. *Penalties for drunk driving are extremely strict in Japan. Penalties apply not only to the driver but also to passengers riding with the driver. Never drive after drinking, even a drop. If caught, the driver is usually jailed and received criminal charges. *Even overseas visitors will be strictly penalized if determined to be the cause of accident. It will affect your entry into Japan in the future. Accidents involving personal injuries may lead to criminal prosecution. *Please be aware that Race organizer can not intervene in police cases. *The speed limit is 30km inside TWIN RING MOTEGI.
