Traffic Advice Extension of N.T.PLB (Scheduled) Service Short Working Route No. 65M (Wong Nai Tau – Shek Mun) and Supplementary Route No. 65A in Morning Peak Hours (Wong Nai Tau – Sha Tin Station) Members of the public are advised that with effect from 7 August 2021 (Saturday), the Short Working Service of N.T.PLB (Scheduled) Supplementary Route No. 65A numbered as No. 65M (Wong Nai Tau – Shek Mun) will continue to be operated after completion of the trial period. With effect from 10 August 2021 (Tuesday), the Supplementary Route No. 65A in Morning Peak Hours (Wong Nai Tau – Sha Tin Station) will continue to be operated after completion of the trial period. In addition, $1 fare discount will be offered for every second trip*. *Remarks (i) A $1 discount will be offered to Octopus paying passengers on every second trip of N.T GMB route no. 65M within 6 hours. (ii) The discount can be enjoyed only when Octopus paying passengers are paying the fare $4.5 at the first trip of N.T GMB route no. 65M. If passengers interchange from MTR service to N.T GMB route no. 65M and pay $4.2 for the first trip of N.T GMB route no. 65M, i.e., $0.3 discount ($4.5-$4.2) of green minibus-rail interchange (“GRI”) is deducted, $1 fare discount for the second trip of N.T GMB route no. 65M will not be available. (iii) The discount will be void if passengers use the same Octopus to take transport services other than N.T GMB route no. 65M in between every first and every second trips. (iv) There must not be more than nine tapping records of any kind (e.g. travelling, shopping, add value, entry and exit records of car parks) by using the same Octopus between every first and every second trips. (v) The discount will not be available to the beneficiaries of the Government Public Transport Fare Concession Scheme for the Elderly and Eligible Persons with Disabilities.
