Exclusive table clothes White Tiffany Chairs Presentation Wedding Cake (our presentation wedding cake has 2 kilos in case of bigger cakes or design wedding cakes contact us) 1 Todos los servicios incluyen personal y menaje necesario para la realización de un óptimo servicio LEPANTO CATERING CONDITIONS RENTAL: Friday Weddings and 24 Hotel rooms included: Santa Catalina has a rental of the venue of € 6.300 for those weddings with more than 80 adult guest and less than 100 adult guest. This includes the use of the 20 bedrooms. In case of less than 80 adult guest it will be paid €100 per non coming guest until the 80 minimum. In case of more than 100 adult guest it will be settled €20 for every extra guest. Saturday Weddings and 24 Hotel rooms included: Santa Catalina has a rental of the venue of € 6.800 for those weddings with more than 160 adult guest and less than 140 adult guest. This includes the use of the 20 bedrooms. In case of less than 140 adult guest it will be paid €100 per non coming guest until the 140 minimum. In case of more than 160 adult guest it will be settled €20 for every extra guest. (VAT not included) * Weddings for especial days or National Holidays (Easter, Malaga Film festival…) ask for conditions. RESERVATION AND METHODS OF PAYMENT There is a non-refundable deposit of €3.600 to be paid in advance to book the wedding date. On month before the wedding day 50% of the wedding cost must to be paid. The final number of guests must be confirmed 10 days before the celebration. Therefore, no cancellations will be taken into account from that date on, including those who do not attend. Seven days before the event takes place the 100% of the total cost must be settled. Every extra service has to be contracted 10 days before the wedding day. ("Appellant") appeals the decision of the Director of the Bureau of Trademarks ("Director") sustaining the final rejection of the Appellant's application for the registration of the mark "PICCADELI". Records show that the Appellant flied on 30 November 2006 the trademark application for PIC CADELl for use on goods' falling under Class 30 of the Nice ClassifIcation.2 The Examiner-in-Charge ("Examiner") issued an official action" which states that the mark cannot be registered because it nearly resembles a registered mark belonging to a different proprietor and the resemblance is likely to deceive or cause confusion. The Appellant flied on 08 February 2007 a "RESPONSIVE ACTION" claiming that its mark and the mark cited by the Examiner have significant differences preventing the likelihood of confusion among the consumers. Subsequendy, the Examiner issued a "FINAL REJECTION,,4 of the trademark application. On 02 July 2007, the Appellant flied in the Bureau of Trademarks a "NOTICE OF APPEAL". After the appropriate proceedings, the Director denied the appeal and sustained the final rejection of the Appellant's trademark application for PICCADELI.
