črtno kodo : 001.0405 T0 DOPOLNITEV OKOLJSKEGA POROČILA ZA TRETJO RAZVOJNO OS – OSREDNJI DEL (OP V FAZI ŠV/PIZ) - POVZETEK 1 Splošno 1.1 Uvod V okviru priprave državnega prostorskega načrta (DPN) za »TRETJO RAZVOJNO OS – OSREDNJI DEL« je bila izdelana primerjalna študija variant (Študija variant s predlogom najustreznejše variante za gradnjo državne ceste med avtocesto A1 Maribor – Ljubljana in avtocesto A2 Ljubljana – Obrežje pri Novem mestu (3. razvojna os – osrednji del) (RC Celje, 2008). V okviru priprave omenjene študije je bilo izdelano tudi okoljsko poročilo Okoljsko poročilo za DPN za gradnjo državne ceste med avtocesto A1 Maribor – Ljubljana in avtocesto A2 Ljubljana – Obrežje pri Novem mestu (3. razvojna os – osrednji del) (OIKOS d.o.o., december 2008). Iz primerjalne študije variant je izhajalo, da je najprimernejša varianta G2 (G2-n1)-H2-I1. Izdelovalec študije variant je v decembru 2008 dopolnil študijo variant v kateri je bil predlagan deloma različen potek trase predvsem na območju Laškega ter v južnem delu trase. Prvotni predlog predlagane variante je izdelovalec nadomestil s potekom variante bližje Novemu mestu. Tako je nekoliko optimiziran potek variante iz dopolnjene študije variant G2-n1-I4. Na optimiziran potek variante je bilo pridobljeno mnenje lokalnih skupnosti. Odzivi so pokazali, da kljub izvedenim optimizacijam predlagana varianta nima predvidenega soglasja v lokalnem okolju. Upoštevajoč navedeno in zaključke sestankov, ki so potekali od decembra 2008 do junija 2009 je bilo predlagano, da se: • v okviru priprave državnega prostorskega načrta za sredinski del tretje razvojne osi kot enakovredne obdelajo minimalne alternative, • prednosti in slabosti najustreznejše minimalne alternative primerja s prednostmi in slabostmi optimiziranega predloga najustreznejše variante, • glede na rezultate primerjave iz prejšnje alineje predlaga novo najustreznejšo varianto kot osnovo za pripravo dopolnjenega osnutka DPN. V času izdelave dopolnitev ŠV/PIZ je bilo s pripravljavcem in naročnikom DPN in strokovnih podlag dogovorjeno, da se gornji predlog korigira in da se v okviru dopolnitev ŠV/PIZ analiza izvede v sledečem obsegu: • določita se 2 varianti minimalne alternative; • primerjava obeh minimalnih alternativ z optimiziranim predlogom najustreznejše variante (OPNVR) v obsegu: primerjava vseh treh variant z gradbeno tehničnega, prometno ekonomskega, prostorskega in okoljskega vidika, • izdela se predlog in utemeljitev nove najustreznejše variante. V dopolnitvi ŠV/PIZ je tako bila izvedena analiza v dveh korakih: • določeni in obdelani sta 2 varianti minimalne alternative (varianti V1 in V2); • varianti minimalne alternative sta z vseh vidikov ovrednoteni in primerjani z 2-pasovno OPNVR (optimiziran predlog najustreznejše variantne rešitve). V okviru zgoraj navedenega je potrebno tudi izdelati Dopolnitev okoljskega poročila za (2. zvezek) za tretjo razvojno os – osrednji del. V pričajočem okoljskem poročilu je tako obravnavana medsebojna primerjava in presoja vplivov iz okoljskega vidika posameznih

Gelder2 1 Department of Zoology, Faculty of Science, University of Zagreb, Rooseveltov trg 6, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia 2 Department of Science and Math, University of Maine at Presque Isle, 181 Maine Street, Maine 04769, USA There is very little information on the genus Branchiobdella and the species relationships with their freshwater crayfish hosts in Croatia. Therefore, a base-line study was needed so that future changes in available habitat brought about by urban development and the probable introduction of non-native species can be accurately assessed. This investigation used preserved freshwater crayfish collected from across Croatia between 1995 and 2005 as its source of the ectosymbionts. Crayfish species included Astacus astacus, A. leptodactylus, Austropotamobius pallipes, A. torrentium, and the allochtonous North American species, Orconectes limosus. Only native European species of branchiobdellids were found: Branchiobdella astaci, B. parasita, B. pentodonta, B. hexodonta, B. italica, and B. balcanica, and this is the first report on the occurrence of these species, apart from B. italica, in Croatia. The distribution of these branchiobdellidans is compared with climatic and river drainage systems, and literature reports of populations in other countries in the region. At the same time, a growing appreciation of regional issues has raised interest in regional differences in each of these countries. This volume of the “Portrait of the Regions” series responds to this need and follows on in a tradition which has seen four volumes devoted to the current Member States, a fifth to Hungary, a sixth volume dedicated to the Czech Republic and Poland, a seventh to the Slovak Republic and the most recent volume covering the Baltic States, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. Examining the 12 statistical regions of Slovenia, this ninth volume in the series has an almost identical structure to Volume 8, itself very similar to earlier publications.
