Bank BNI continued its transformation and adapted quickly to the current changes in the modern banking industry. In the technology disruption era, BNI has become one of the banks that has advantages based on digital technology. This has been achieved through digital transformation, starting from internal process improvements, then preparing its competent human capital to master technology, to offering its customers many electronic and digital services and products, such as BNI DigiCare, DigiDeal, DigiMaster, and DigiSport.
