À l›occasion de l›ouverture du « Salone del Mobile 2017 », la boutique phare de Milan, située Via Turati, est transformée en exposition débutant le mardi 4 avril et s’achevant le 9 avril. L’histoire des Componibili fait une place à l’objet dans son évolution au fi l des décennies, en présentant les produits de manière théâtrale dans toutes leurs couleurs et hauteurs, grâce à un grand nombre d’images, de dessins d’archives et de documents qui les accompagnent. Una tappa importante per chi ci ha lavorato con passione e per chi ci ha investito tanto. Ho scritto volu- tamente “progetto” perché pensare, costruire e far crescere un prodotto editoriale oggi è quanto di più “progettuale” si possa pensare. La passione, i sogni e lo slancio che tutti i giorni ci spingono ad andare oltre le difficoltà a un certo punto devono necessariamente lasciare spazio alla fredda legge dei numeri. Un progetto è prima di tutto una visione, ma per rimanere tale e non dissolversi come neve al sole deve avere lo sguardo lungo e le basi solide. Io credo fortemente che per Club Milano sia così. Da parte nostra abbiamo cercato di raccontare la città che ci ospita e che amiamo con lo spirito a volte di un cronista, a volte di un viaggiatore curioso. Milano è molto più dinamica e multiforme di quanto appaia a chi ci vive e ne è in parte assuefatto.

The full program is available at www.bmw-i.it. Rome. The BMW Group inaugurated the BMW i Born Electric Tour at the Palazzo delle Esposizioni located at Via Nazionale 194 in Rome. The worldwide tour will go on to visit six other major cities over the next 12 months: Dusseldorf, Tokyo, New York, London, Paris, and Shanghai. BMW i was introduced by the BMW Group last year and is now in the process of preparing for the launch of vehicles under the brand in coming years. The models will be characterized by extremely low environmental impact and designed for the express purpose of reconciling the demands for individual mobility and sustainability. Two prototypes are being presented at the event: the BMW i3 Concept and the BMW i8 Concept. With its zero-emissions all-electric engine and a range of about 150 km, the BMW i3 Concept was designed expressly for city use. True to BMW, it also offers a dynamic driving experience. “We are very proud,” stated Franz Jung, President and Managing Director of BMW Italia S.p.A., “that this world tour is starting out from Italy and from the city of Rome. This major urban city is predestined for innovative solutions and we wanted to confirm our commitment to sustainable mobility.
