Thus, in 2011, the Head and Neck Cancer Working Group (HNCWG) of the Italian Association of Radiation Oncology (AIRO) organized a study group with the aim to run a literature review to outline clinical practice recommendations, to suggest technical solutions and to advise target volumes and doses selection for head and neck cancer IMRT. The main purpose was therefore to standardize the technical approach of radiation oncologists in this context. The following paper describes the results of this working group. Volumes, techniques/strategies and dosage were summarized for each head-and-neck site and subsite according to international guidelines or after reaching a consensus in case of weak literature evidence. In Neuseeland wird ein 29-jähriger Surfer von seinem eigenen Brett aufgespießt. Auch dieser Fall geht - dank einer fachlichen Meisterleistung der verantwortlichen Ärzte - am Ende glimpflich aus. 6800000'a1'3HCI c Discovery Holding Co-A Cox transaction review On May 14, Discovery Communications cmpleted ts previously announced transaction with Cox Communications, in which Cox redeemed its 25% interest in DCL for %1.28bnin cash and 100% of the interest in the Travel Channel (est value $880mn-i.lbn) and Travel Channel.com. The only change involved Discovery's museum audio tour business, Antenna Audio. which initially was included in the transaction but later excluded by mutual agreement. DHC now owns 66.7% of Discovery and A/N holds the remaining 33%. However, although OHC would own the majority of Disoovety. the company will still account for Discovery as an equity investment as most material governance and budgetary matters require an 80% vole. effectively giving AIN blocking rights. We estimate post tiansactiin net debt for Discovery of $3.6bn with a net leverage ratio of 4.3~.We estimate theoretical value for DHC at low to mid S20dshare based on our sum-of-the-parts and DCF valuation. We anticipate the Cox transaction resulting in greater transparency to Investors will be a sgnlflcant positive, as. in our view. the current lack of information at DHC has been a negative for the stock until the very recent past (when mreinformtiin has been released at various presentations). The Cox transaction may ako increase the likelihood that AdvanceNewhouse contributes its post-closing 3% interest in Discovery into publicly traded DHC or alternatively exits Diswvery in a similar fashion as Cox, which could be a material positive for DHC. Investment Conclusion We believe DHCs shares are fairly valued at currenttrading prices and we therefore are maintaining our Neutral rating on DISCA. -

Appropriate Technical Memorandum are used to provide information detail in support of the Product Data Sheets as well as GEX Recommended Procedures and to provide technical information in support of GEX Marketing documents. 1.0 PURPOSE This procedure describes the GEX methods recommended for use in investigating and evaluating suspected outlier measurements or for investigation of dosimeter measurements that differ from the expected dose, including how to re-measure dosimeters. The methods may also be used to verify a prior result by re-measurement of any dosimeter. NOTE: Dosimeter measurement verification and investigation may be warranted for a variety of reasons and is considered a normal and vital activity associated with a quality dosimetry program. Keep in mind that any change to a measurement and its associated dose must be appropriately documented and supported by a strong rationale. A major advantage of using B3 radiochromic film dosimeters is that they are completely stable if properly heat treated after irradiation and can therefore be re-measured as part of an investigation with highly reproducible results. 2.0 MATERIALS 2.1 WINdose Dosimetry System 3.0 FREQUENCY 3.1 As needed. 4.0 PROCEDURE FOR INVESTIGATION 4.1 Obtain a copy of the specific dose report to be investigated along with the dosimeters from that run. -

Background: To compare non-coplanar and coplanar volumetric-modulated arc therapy (VMAT) for hippocampal avoidance during whole-brain radiotherapy (HA-WBRT) using the Elekta Synergy and Pinnacle treatment planning system (TPS) according to the suggested criteria of the radiation therapy oncology group (RTOG) 0933 trial. Methods: Nine patients who underwent WBRT were selected for this retrospective study. The hippocampus was contoured, and the hippocampal avoidance regions were created using a 5-mm volumetric expansion around the hippocampus for each patient. Non-coplanar and coplanar VMAT plans were generated for each patient. -
