Fourth St., Rochester, passed away at 11:45 a.m. Sunday at Parkview Hospital, Fort Wayne. Arrangements are pending at Good Family Funeral Home, 1200 W. 18th St., Rochester. Tuesday. January 4, 2005 Gloria M. Fellers Alber Oct. 20, 1931–Jan. 2, 2005 Gloria M. Fellers ALBER, 73, of 705 E. Fourth St., Lot 16, Rochester, passed away at 11:40 a.m. Sunday at Parkview Hospital, Fort Wayne, where she was a patient since Dec. 28. Born in Rochester to Harry and Marie Barter Sr., she lived most of her life in the Akron and Rochester communities. She was first married to Charles Lee Fellers on May 12, 1950, in Akron. He preceded her in death on Sept. 23, 1988. She then married Joseph Alber on Dec. 28, 1999, in Rochester. He survives at home. Gloria was a 1949 graduate of Rochester High School. She was employed at Chamberlin Products, Akron, and later retired from Hart, Schaffner & Marx. She was a charter member of the Manitou Moose Auxiliary, the American Legion Auxiliary Unit No. 36 and was current chaplain. She was also a member of the V.F.W. Auxiliary. She attended First Christian Church, Rochester, and loved spending time reading and being with her dog, Janie Lou. Surviving with her husband are one daughter, Susan and husband Jake Smith, Middletown; one daughter-in-law, Eileen Fellers, Rochester; three grandchildren, Lori Fellers, Rochester, Brad Fellers, Indianapolis, Cory Fellers, Portland, Ore.; one great-granddaughter, Courtney Fellers.
