APPROVAL OF MINUTES 4.1 Approval of the November 18, 2013 minutes. RESOLUTION #PL2014-02 MOVER: KEVIN LEBARRON SECONDER: JOANNE LANDRY BE IT RESOLVED THAT the board approve the minutes of the Planning Board meeting of November 18th, 2013. CARRIED 5. WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMENTS Page 3 of 91 5.1 The written comments from J.L. Richards regarding the Zoning By-Law amendment for 6 Dupont Street were received. 5.2 The written comments from J.L. Richards regarding the Zoning By-Law amendment for 218 Main Street were received. 6. RESOLUTIONS 6.1 Zoning By-Law amendment 6 Dupont Street. RESOLUTION #PL2014-04 MOVER: JONNE LANDRY SECONDER: KEVIN LEBARRON BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Smooth Rock Falls Planning Board recommends that Council pass By-Law #2014-10 to amend Zoning By-Law #78-13. CARRIED 6.2 Zoning By-Law amendment 218 Main Street. RESOLUTION #PL2014-05 MOVER: KEVIN LEBARRON SECONDER: JOANNE LANDRY BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Smooth Rock Falls Planning Board recommends that Council pass By-Law #2014-11 to amend Zoning By-Law #78-13. CARRIED 6.3 Funding Agreement. RESOLUTION #PL2014-03 MOVER: JOANNE LANDRY SECONDER: KEVIN LEBARRON BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Smooth Rock Falls Planning Board authorize the Planning Board Chair and the Planning Board Secretary/Treasurer to sign and execute the grant agreement with her Majesty the Queen in the Right of Ontario as represented by the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing for a maximum of $10,000.00 (Ten Thousand Dollars). CARRIED 7. OTHER BUSINESS 7.1 Master Plan Update. Page 4 of 91 The Secretary Treasurer informed the Board that the work being done on the Official Plan is ongoing. The official plan should meet the required deadline of the end of July 31st, 2014. 7.2 Provincial Policy Statement 2014. The new Provincial Policy Statement was distributed to the Board. 8.
