Union Gas Phone: 1-877-969-0999 Web: www.uniongas.com

Union Gas Limited is a major Canadian natural gas utility that provides energy delivery and related services to about 1.3 million residential, commercial and industrial customers in over 400 communities in northern, southwestern and eastern Ontario. Union Gas has assets of approximately $4 billion and employs about 2,200 people. Union Gas is a Spectra Energy Company.

Note 1: Rate 20 is for commercial and industrial customers who have signed a Northern Distribution contract for firm gas delivery with Union Gas. These customers typically burn gas for manufacturing and processing of goods – such as pulp and paper, mining, institutions, and food and beverage facilities. These customers are located in our northern and eastern operation areas and must consume a minimum of 14,000 m3 of natural gas each day.

Note 2: Union Gas has determined there are areas in the franchise that fall outside the main construction centres. These communities, including Smooth Rock Falls, do not qualify for the usual service installation commitment, and thus some variation from these rates may apply.
