Industry-leading network now provides Bombardier operators with authorized support in 20 countries around the world

Continuing the vigorous expansion of our authorized maintenance network over the last 18 months, we’re pleased to inform our customers of the addition of Aviacion Atlatico Sur S.A. (AASSA) in Buenos Aires, Argentina and Global Aviation in Hillsboro, Oregon as AOG/Line Maintenance Facilities (LMF) for Bombardier Business Aircraft.

AASSA – First maintenance facility in Argentina

Authorized to perform line maintenance work on Bombardier , and aircraft, AASSA provides first ever maintenance support for our customers in Argentina.

Located at the San Fernando International Airport in Buenos Aires, AASSA operates a 43,000 sq.-ft facility with plans for a 21,500 sq.-ft extension currently in the works. With a staff of five technicians and 10 years experience, this LMF offers a variety of services and also provides our customers flying into and out of South America with convenient spare parts access.

Global Aviation – Additional support in Northwest

Based at Portland-Hillsboro Airport in Hillsboro, Oregon, Global Aviation is a full service, private aviation company appointed as LMF for the Learjet series, Challenger 601, Challenger 604 and Challenger 605, as well as the Global family of aircraft.

With 63,000 sq-ft. of hangar space and an additional 27,000 sq-ft. expansion planned this year, Global Aviation employs a staff of 46 technicians, providing customers in the Northwest with faster maintenance access and solid support.

Worldwide maintenance network now 48 facilities

The addition of AASSA and Global Aviation brings the number of facilities added to Bombardier’s worldwide network in the last 12 months to 16. Bombardier now has a comprehensive worldwide network of 47 facilities – 41 Authorized Service Facilities (ASF) and LMFs along with seven Bombardier-owned service centers – with a presence on six continents and in 20 countries worldwide.
