The lots in this section come from a carefully formed, local collection. Stamps may however have yellowed or toned gum resulting from the climate. In addition, prewar K.G.VI stamps customarily often exhibit varying degrees of gum toning, which is accepted. We have endeavored to specifically describe gum yellowing and toning when we believe it is outside of acceptable norms, although white gum should not be expected.

The country and regional collections generally comprise definitive issues in complete sets and do not contain the omnibus issues or non-K.G.V commemorative sets.
