Note: The 1909 reform amalgamated parts of the older 22nd, 23rd, and 24th "other urban" constituencies, commonly named Netzschkau, Plauen, and Auerbach. Plauen was carved out to become a new "large city" constituency. In 1909, 22: Netzschkau now included Netzschkau, , , Mühltroff, Mylau, Pausa, and . 23: Adorf included towns previously in the 24th constituency: Adorf, Oelsnitz, , Schöneck, Falkenstein, and Auerbach. 24: Dresden-Neustadt included parts of Amtshauptmannschaft (AHMS) Dresden-N. bordering on the city. The three new rural constituencies (46-48) were not named consistently in the sources. 46: Dresden-N. - Pirna included parts of AHMS Dresden-N. and AHMS Pirna. 47: Zwickau - Chemnitz included the towns of Hartenstein and Zwönitz, but also other parts of the AHMS Zwickau and AHMS Chemnitz. 48: Plauen - Auerbach included the towns of Reichenbach and Lengenfeld but also other parts of AHMS Plauen and Auerbach. Part of rural 37: Lichtenstein was allocated to the new rural 47: Zwickau - Chemnitz.
