GSU students not only deliver pizzas, but they also work at convenience stores and fast food restau- rants late at night. Being told what to do in a situation like this needs to be the most important aspect of an employees training. ■\ This is not to say pizza delivery drivers are the only ones who face possible dangers on the job. In college, many students work to pay their way through college. They take the jobs that they can get that will help pay the surmounting bills. They simply do not care where they work: they just need the money. Some of the managers in Statesboro must develop more precise training programs for these workers, while others must start a program before they can develop it. Because the company the driver worked for in this most recent case is not the only one to have had a delivery person robbed this year, it should be blatant to these managers and the local law enforcement that a problem is quite evident. Other restaurants and convenience I stores need to realize the same type of incident can just as easily occur at their businesses.
