We are so grateful for your partnership during these challenging times and wanted to let you know about changes we are making as a result. As you may know, Silversea is embracing Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd.'s policy about suspending cruising in the United States. We are extending this cancellation to other ships around the world because we feel that with such uncertain times, we can't guarantee our usual Silversea standard of cruise excellence. As well, the health, safety and well-being of our guests and crew is our highest priority, always, and we believe it is important to do our part. In the spirit of keeping you informed, it's important to share with you that: Guests on voyages that are underway will conclude and they will be disembarked as soon as possible. We will assist them with travel arrangements home. Our policy for guests on affected voyages is to offer two options: they can opt for a 100% cash refund to the original method of payment to be received within 90 days of guests’ request or choose a 125% Future Cruise Credit (FCC). Special conditions apply to the following voyages: Guests booked on Silver Spirit (voyage 5006 and 5007) will receive 100% cash full refund to their original method of payment within 90 days of guests’ request, and 25% Future Cruise Credit for the cruise portion of the booking valid for two years from issuance Guests booked on the Full World Cruise 2020 or on Silver Whisper (voyage 4006, 4007, 4008 and 4009) will have the option to receive 100% cash refund of the unused portion of their cruise booking reimbursed in the original form of payment within 90 days of guest’ request or 125% Future Cruise Credit of the unused portion of their cruise booking valid for two years from issuance During these trying times, we are here to support you. All commission already paid on the canceled voyages will not be recalled. All our itinerary changes, just to make them easy to find, will be posted (and updated often) on our home page, and directly accessible through this link. For future voyages, just a reminder: our “Cruise with Confidence” policy allows travelers who book cruises to cancel, up to two days before departure. If they cancel, they receive a 100% FCC. Your commission will be protected on the cancelled booking and also on your clients’ next booking. We thank you again for being our partners as we have traveled together on this challenging journey.
