Artist Statement

"My work results in installations that combine objects, photography and performance, seen as part of the expanded field of sculpture. My themes range from the mapping of everyday life and the importance of the common objects in a real house/situation as well as the negotiation of the viewers’ discursiveness. My points of departure can be gender issues as well as more universal references, such as child memories or other family events and its

documentations. From the alteration of common artefacts I construct a new plastic semantics."
