We believe Christian young people can best serve if they have an informed world-view that appreciates cultural difference. § ISOP aims to encourage students to acquire the leadership skills necessary to succeed in the global environment, to serve Christ and the nation. § ISOP is one of the College distinctives for developing the integrity, wisdom, passion and vision students will need to become godly people of influence in the future. During every ISOP tour, students develop the 21st century skills of team building, problem solving, cooperation, design, innovative thinking, business management, marketing, communication, general knowledge, competitive thinking, leadership, and learn to value everything you have at home! Our role is to ensure that every tour participant returns home having a "tool box" filled with new skills and understanding. The new experiences they gain are all valuable for everyday living and working in what is now a global community.
