Profound, intelligent, and transformative, Iyengar Yoga is for every age, body type, and fitness level. Iyengar Yoga provides practical tools to create and maintain bodily health and vitality, mental clarity, emotional serenity, and spiritual well-being. Developed by B.K.S. Iyengar over his more than 75 years of practice and teaching, our method is grounded in the ancient Indian tradition and philosophy of ’s Yoga Sutras.

Our classes focus on strength and stamina, flexibility and balance, concentration and meditation in action. Our teachers are rigorously trained and dedicated practitioners. Our method is a pathway toward complete alignment.
