South Salt Lake An Interview with Cottonwood High School’s Gold Star Tobacco-Free Student Leader Pablo Garcia Workplace Award Program South Salt Lake resident Pablo Garcia has been elected Senior Class President at Cottonwood High School for the class of 2015. Pablo’s main goal in serving as class president is “to bring our class to- gether with the diversity of our student body so we can be united as a school.” To begin, Pablo and his administration will implement activities such as changing the seating arrangements at athletic events at Cottonwood High. “South Salt Lake is a happy community unlike anywhere else,” says Pablo. “The PAL Boxing Program taught me about the competitiveness of tournament boxing, but I also learned to just be a friendly person and not to judge people.
