Treasurer recipients of the 2012 -2013 Building Futures and Schoolwide Grants. Randall Dubois Secretary In total, the Education Foundation is awarding $72,000 to support 58 grant projects. The Mike Ross funding comes from donations large and small, from corporate underwriters and personal Immediate Past-President Marion Akins donations made by teachers and community members directly to the Foundation or through Doug Bitterman United Way contributions. Ray Breeden Jane Brooks Barbara Deal Over the past 10 years, VBEF has awarded over $1 million in grants to Virginia Beach Nancy DeFord teachers and schools to fund projects.
