CAR: Getting to San Sebastian by car is very easy. The city is linked to the rest of Spain and to France via the N1/QPQ (Madrid-Irun) national road, the A-8 (Bilbao-Irun) and the A-63 (Paris-Irun) highways and the A-15 (Pamplona – San Sebastian) motorway. Take the exit number 9 “Donostia M./ S. Sebastián O. - Ondarreta”. Once in San Sebastian, you will find over 6000 parking places in different locations around the city. The Anoeta Sports Complex will provide parking facilities for the athletes, 2 minutes’ walk from the venues (during Championship days).
BUS: San Sebastian has a bus station located in the Amara district, near the Anoeta Sports Village. The main bus companies are:

Bus station is located in Plaza Pío XII, once there you can take a local bus, line 27 (Altza-Intxaurrondo-Antiguo) and get off in the the 5th stop “Ambulatorio de El Antiguo”. Another choice is to take the line 24 (Altza-Gros-Antiguo-Intxaurrondo) and get the 7th stop “Zumalakarregi 21”.

LOIU AIRPORT.
From Bilbao airport, Loiu, there are buses from Pesa company, which will transport you to Pio XII bus station.
We recommend you to book the bus tickets with time, in our travel agency or in the Pesa desks.
Tickets: Transportes Pesa. Sancho el Sabio Avenue, 33. San Sebastian. Mon-Fri: 06.10 – 20.30 Saturdays: 07.10 – 20.30 Sundays and Holidays: 08.00 – 20.30 Arrival: Donostia – San Sebastian: Pio Xii Square. You can also buy the ticket once in the bus. Ticket price: 16,50 € (Lurraldebus card not accepted).

GETTING AROUND
San Sebastian is a city on a human scale, in which you will be able to get around on foot or by bicycle, using tis cycling lanes. The public transport network run by the municipal company Dbus and other tourist transport will allow you to move around the city without the needing a private car. The whole of Gipuzkoa is linked by a Lurraldebus public transport service and the RENFE and Euskotren railway networks.

WHERE TO FIND THE SOCIAL BOARD?
The Social Board is used to let you conect in a social level with the championship. General timetables will be offered, and other kind of social events as well: the opening ceremony, restaurant opening and closing times, athlete’s party… all that you could need to experience the championship at its best.
The Social Board will be located at the entry of the Gasca Sports Center, the social center of the championship.
WHERE TO FIND THE TEAM LEADERS BOARD?
The team board will show information for all federations, useful for all of them to get informed about the main news in the championship.
This team board will also be located at the entry of the Gasca Sports Center.
There will be a pigeonhole for the team leader of each federation, located at the first floor, near the press office.
