EN EN EN COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES Brussels, XXX C(2009) XXX final COMMISSION REGULATION (EC) No xxx/2009 of on the list of aircraft operators which performed an aviation activity listed in Annex I to Directive 2003/87/EC on or after 1 January 2006 specifying the administering Member State for each aircraft operator (Text with EEA relevance) EN EN COMMISSION REGULATION (EC) No xxx/2009 of on the list of aircraft operators which performed an aviation activity listed in Annex I to Directive 2003/87/EC on or after 1 January 2006 specifying the administering Member State for each aircraft operator (Text with EEA relevance) THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Community, Having regard to Directive 2003/87/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 October 2003 establishing a system for greenhouse gas emission allowance trading within the Community and amending Council Directive 96/61/EC1, and in particular Article 18a(3)(a) thereof, Whereas: (1) Directive 2003/87/EC, as amended by Directive 2008/101/EC2, includes aviation activities within the scheme for greenhouse gas emission allowance trading within the Community (hereinafter the "Community scheme"). (2) In order to reduce the administrative burden on aircraft operators, Directive 2003/87/EC provides for one Member State to be responsible for each aircraft operator. Article 18a(1) and (2) of Directive 2003/87/EC contains the provisions governing the assignment of each aircraft operator to its administering Member State. The list of aircraft operators and their administering Member States (hereinafter "the list") should ensure that each operator knows which Member State it will be regulated by and that Member States are clear on which operators they should regulate. -

AEROPORTI DEL MEZZOGIORNO 2007 AEROPORTI DEL MEZZOGIORNO 2007 Alessandro Bianchi Ministro dei Trasporti Ho trascorso quasi trent’anni della mia vita in Calabria e a Reggio Calabria in particolare. Sono stati anni che ho interamente dedicato allo studio e alla pianifica- zione del territorio, per cui ho ben presente l’importanza di un efficiente sistema di mobilità per l’Italia meridionale e insulare. Le regioni dell’Italia del Sud sono attualmente dotate di un sistema aeroportua- le moderno e quindi lo sforzo che bisogna compiere è in direzione della piena inte- grazione con le reti di trasporto europee, affinché il Mezzogiorno d’Italia diventi la vera testa di ponte continentale verso i paesi della riva sud ed est del Mediter- raneo. Un vasto piano di interventi infrastrutturali negli aeroporti dell’Italia meridionale è in corso di attuazione in esecuzione di Accordi di programma quadro per il tra- sporto aereo sottoscritti con le singole regioni. Sono il frutto di una efficace collabo- razione istituzionale tra l’Unione Europea, che li ha finanziati con i fondi strutturali, le regioni, che hanno impegnato importanti contributi, e il Ministero dei Trasporti e delle Infrastrutture impegnato a centrare l’obiettivo di rendere migliore servizio al cittadino-utente. Comunque è l’intero panorama del trasporto aereo dell’Italia meri- dionale che potrebbe uscire profondamente rinnovato grazie agli interventi del PON Trasporti. Dal punto di vista territoriale la geografia articolata dell’Italia rende prioritarie le esigenze di consolidamento di un vasto network senza privilegiare solo le tratte più redditizie, e la continuità territoriale è prerequisito irrinunciabile perché l’Europa sia veramente unita e perché le barriere geografiche non si trasformino in ostacoli allo sviluppo economico. -

Otros dos directivos de esta aerolínea también trabajan ahora en la empresa rescatada por el Gobierno VozPópuli Los gestores de Plus Ultra, la aerolínea rescatada por el Gobierno con préstamos por valor de 53 millones de euros, acumulan un historial de fracasos empresariales, con la quiebra de Air Madrid y también de otras compañías venezolanas, según ha podido saber Vozpópuli. Según ha podido saber este periódico, el directivo venezolano saltó del 'barco' a finales de 2017, cuando ya existían rumores de quiebra y apenas seis meses antes de la disolución definitiva de SBA. Delgado es el máximo responsable de las finanzas de Plus Ultra desde enero de 2021, hace apenas tres meses. No obstante, aterrizó en la aerolínea en noviembre de 2017, cuando abandonó SBA, ocupando el puesto de gerente general adjunto. En la aerolínea Santa Barbara también asumió varios puestos desde su llegada en 2009 como coordinador de planificación y presupuesto. En 2014 ascendió a vicepresidente ejecutivo de la compañía y ya en 2015 tomó los mandos como presidente ejecutivo de la empresa. -

Nr. 48/610 EES-viðbætir við Stjórnartíðindi Evrópusambandsins 3.8.2017 REGLUGERÐ FRAMKVÆMDASTJÓRNARINNAR (ESB) 2017/294 2017/EES/48/37 frá 20. febrúar 2017 um breytingu á reglugerð (EB) nr. 748/2009 um skrána yfir umráðendur loftfara sem stunduðu flugstarfsemi sem tilgreind er í I. viðauka við tilskipun Evrópuþingsins og ráðsins 2003/87/EB, 1. janúar 2006 eða eftir þann dag þar sem ábyrgðarríki hvers umráðanda loftfars er tilgreint (*) FRAMKVÆMDASTJÓRN EVRÓPUSAMBANDSINS HEFUR, með hliðsjón af sáttmálanum um starfshætti Evrópusambandsins, með hliðsjón af tilskipun Evrópuþingsins og ráðsins 2003/87/EB frá 13. október 2003 um að koma á fót kerfi fyrir viðskipti með heimildir til losunar gróðurhúsalofttegunda innan Bandalagsins og um breytingu á tilskipun ráðsins 96/61/EB (1), einkum b-lið 3. mgr. 18. gr. a, og að teknu tilliti til eftirfarandi: 1) Tilskipun Evrópuþingsins og ráðsins 2008/101/EB (2) breytti tilskipun 2003/87/EB þannig að kerfið fyrir viðskipti með heimildir til losunar gróðurhúsalofttegunda innan Sambandsins taki til flugstarfsemi. 2) Í reglugerð framkvæmdastjórnarinnar (EB) nr. 748/2009 (3) er tekin saman skrá yfir umráðendur loftfara, sem stunduðu flugstarfsemi sem er tilgreind í I. viðauka við tilskipun 2003/87/EB, 1. janúar 2006 eða eftir þann dag. 3) Tilgangurinn með skránni er að draga úr stjórnsýslubyrði hjá umráðendum loftfara með því að leggja fram upplýsingar um það hvaða aðildarríki bera ábyrgð á tilteknum umráðanda loftfars. 4) Innfærsla umráðanda loftfars í kerfi Sambandsins fyrir viðskipti með losunarheimildir er háð starfrækslu flugstarfsemi sem er tilgreind í I. viðauka við tilskipun 2003/87/EB og er ekki háð innfærslu í skrána yfir umráðendur loftfara sem framkvæmdastjórnin tók saman á grundvelli 3.
