This Circular has been made applicable to all pending appeals as well. Consequently , pending cases where the tax effect is below Rs. 20,00,000/- are being listed before Hon'ble DB-VIII for disposal from 17.12.2015 onwards. No.749/Listing/DHC Dated 28.11.2015 CIRCULAR Re: Separate filing code for cases pertaining to differently abled persons. It is hereby circulated for information of all concerned that a separate filing code “5300” has been assigned for cases pertaining to differently abled persons. The advocates/litigants are required to file such cases under the assigned code alongwith a certificate issued by a Government Hospital/Medical Board in support of the disablility at the time of filing of such cases. For cases pending adjudication in this Court, advocates/litigants are requested to submit a list of their respective cases falling under code No.5300(Differently-abled person) clearly indicating the case number alongwith a certificate issued by a Government Hospital/Medical Board in support of the disability of his/her client/litigant to the Joint Registrar/Deputy Registrar of the concerned Judicial Branch.
