Level of Progress achieved: 5 Description of Progress & Achievements: Arvika municipality has experienced a number of severe floods in the past, of which the great flood of year 2000 remains one of the worst. The water level of Lake Glafsfjorden then rose by 3 meters above average and flooded parts of the city centre as well as surrounding areas. Due to the vulnerable location by the shores of Lake Glafsfjorden the municipality of Arvika has worked hard to improve its resilience regarding floods by creating an efficient organization for risk reduction. Different groups have been formed to cover all aspects of risk and resilience. There is a Collaboration Council (Samverkansråd) for risk and security issues, under which there are three different sub-committees: The Risk Group, The Management Group for Collaboration (Ledningsgrupp för samverkan) and the Crisis Advisory Group (Krishanteringsrådet). -

BASE PROSPECTUS Kommuninvest i Sverige Aktiebolag (publ) (incorporated with limited liability in the Kingdom in Sweden) Euro Note Programme Guaranteed by certain regions of Sweden and certain municipalities of Sweden On 2 September 1993 the Issuer (as defined below) entered into a U.S.$1,500,000,000 Note Programme (the Programme) and issued a prospectus on that date describing the Programme. This document (the Base Prospectus) supersedes any previous prospectus. Any Notes (as defined below) issued under the Programme on or after the date of this Base Prospectus are issued subject to the provisions described herein. This does not affect any Notes issued before the date of this Base Prospectus. Under this Euro Note Programme (the Programme) Kommuninvest i Sverige Aktiebolag (publ) (the Issuer) may from time to time issue notes (the Notes) denominated in any currency agreed between the Issuer and the relevant Dealer(s) (as defined below). The Notes may be issued in bearer or registered form (respectively the Bearer Notes and the Registered Notes). Each Series (as defined on page 53) of Notes will be guaranteed by certain regions of Sweden and certain municipalities of Sweden. The final terms (the Final Terms) applicable to each Tranche (as defined on page 53) of Notes will specify the Guarantor (as defined in the terms and conditions of the Notes) in relation to that Tranche as of the issue date of that Tranche. However, other regions and municipalities of Sweden may subsequently become Guarantors under the Guarantee (as defined herein). The Guarantee will be in, or substantially in, the form set out in Schedule 8 to the Agency Agreement (as defined on page 52). -

The Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency, MSB, is commissioned to be the national focal point for the Hyogo Declaration and the HFA. The MSB is also responsible for coordinating the national METTE platform for DRR. CHAPTER THIRTY-ONE The Rock Engravers ot many researchers get to have their fi ndings presented Nin the form of a wall-to-wall carpet. But that honour has fallen to Johan Ling, an archaeologist at the University of Gothenburg. The carpet occupies a whole room at the Vitlycke Museum in Bohusl ä n. Visitors walking around it can trace Europe ’ s Bronze Age trade routes. The carpet was inspired by an article, which Ling published in 2013. Rarely has a Swedish archaeological study attracted so much attention. Suddenly the Bronze Age appeared in a new light. The article presented the fi rst ever incontrovertible proof that both people and goods had circulated on a far larger scale than had previously been known. Older generations of archaeologists were only able to study the appearance of metal objects. The conclusions they drew were based on shapes, ornamentation and their own imagination. But the latest technology has made it possible to study isotopes and trace elements in metal, as German researchers have done with the Nebra sky disc. Ling is now able to show that there were links between Sweden and the Mediterranean, the Alps and the Atlantic all of 3,600 years ago. -
