Hahn Air Lines is fully owned by the Hahn Air Group, a corporation that is especially known within the travel industry for its distribution and ticketing solutions. “The increased success of our flight operations activities called for the creation of a dedicated Hahn Air Lines website”, says Daniel Rudas, General Manager and COO of Hahn Air Lines. “Over the past years, we have significantly increased our charter segment and made a name for ourselves in the business aviation industry. Hahn Air Lines is a German scheduled and executive charter airline and a member of the International Air Transport Association (IATA). Founded in 1994 at the Hahn Airport, which the airline's name is derived from, Hahn Air Lines is today based at the German airports Dusseldorf (DUS) and Frankfurt Egelsbach (QEF). Since 2010 Hahn Air Lines has been operating a scheduled route between Dusseldorf (DUS) and Luxembourg (LUX) on a bi-weekly basis under a code-share agreement with Luxair. The airline also offers domestic and international bizjet charter flights to 1,500 airports in Europe and beyond. Its all-Citation fleet consists of one Cessna Citation CJ4 and two Cessna Citation Sovereigns. In the aviation industry, Hahn Air Lines is especially known for its distribution services which it has been offering to other airlines since 1999. Today, its partner network spans more than 350 air, rail and shuttle partners. Hahn Air has already integrated 20 new carriers into its global network of more than 350 air, rail and shuttle partners by the end of the third quarter of this year. Of the new partnerships, nine are new interline agreements and eleven are new partners of H1-Air, a product of the global consolida- tion service Hahn Air Systems. The services of the following nine airlines are now available on the HR-169 ticket under their own designator thanks to an interline agreement with Hahn Air: • Africa World Airlines (AW), Ghana • Air KBZ (K7), Myanmar • Air Senegal (HC), Senegal • Austrian Airlines (OS), Austria • Eastar Jet (ZE), South Korea • JC International Airlines (QD), Cambodia • Jubba Airlines (3J), Kenya • Lanmei Airlines (LQ), Cambodia • Sunwing Airlines (WG), Canada The flights of the eleven new partners of the consolidation service Hahn Air Systems are now available un- der the reservation code H1 in all GDSs.     CONFIDENTIAL CONTAINS BUSINESS SECRETS Annex 4 IT Solutions Providers and related IT services that allow for the provision of travel services information to travel agents 1.1 In the CMA’s attempt to assert jurisdiction over the Transaction, it has erred in determining what service providers fall in- and out-of-scope of its new Relevant Description of Services in the UK. The CMA’s closed list comprising of the Parties, other main GDSs, smaller GDSs and other Direct Connect providers and non-GDS aggregators fails to take into account other relevant IT providers that fall within the Relevant Description of Services. 1.2 There is an increasingly large number of players who — in this highly dynamic market, as acknowledged by the CMA — are currently offering products which fall within the Relevant Description of Services. This is clear from the sheer volume of IT providers and aggregators who have NDC API, in-house API and non-NDC API capabilities, each of which compete directly with Farelogix’s FLX OC. 18 IT providers alone are registered as being Level 4 NDC- capable or NDC-certified; the highest IATA certification. Figure 1 below shows a clear upward trajectory in the number of providers who are gaining NDC capabilities. Table 1 contains a non-exhaustive list of airline solutions providers who are currently active in the provision of IT solutions to airlines for the purposes of airlines providing travel services information to travel agents, such that they fall within the Relevant Definition of Services.
