En ce qui concerne notre fonctionnement interne, nous avons le plaisir d’accueillir deux nouvelles déléguées régionales : Chantal Cellier pour la région Centre, elle succède à Gérard Gabas que je remercie pour ses années de loyaux services, son action et son dévouement. Éliane de la Cruz sera la déléguée de la Guadeloupe qui devient la 23e région de l’ARAF, Éliane devra en assurer sa mise place et veiller à son bon fonctionnement. La première journée régionale Guadeloupe est fixée au 20 novembre 2019. Chers adhérents de Guadeloupe j’espère que vous viendrez nombreux à cette première ! Je remercie Chantal et Éliane d’avoir bien voulu accepter de prendre ces fonctions et souhaite les assurer du soutien de toute l’équipe du Siège. Suite à la récente dissolution de l’Amicale Air France, nous avons invité ses membres non adhérents de l’ARAF à nous rejoindre, et rallier ainsi les 1 400 adhérents qui, comme moi, faisaient partie de l’Amicale et de l’ARAF. Nous sommes par ailleurs très heureux d’accueillir l’Amicale Air France USA, association de droit américain, qui a souhaité se rapprocher de nous.

The CTA website offers a list of carriers filing tariffs with the CTA at https://www.otc-cta.gc.ca/eng/carriers-who-file-tariffs-agency. US DOT Carriers The following is a list of carriers that currently file general rule tariffs applicable for travel to/from the United States. This list should be used by subscribers of ATPCO’s Baggage product for determining baggage selection rules for travel to/from the United States. For international journeys to/from the United States, the first marketing carrier’s rules apply. The marketing carrier selected must file general rules tariffs to/from the United States. Systems and data providers should maintain a list based on the carriers listed below to determine whether the first marketing carrier on the journey files tariffs (US DOT carrier).     August 31, 2016 For Immediate Release Bearskin Airlines Increases Service Between Thunder Bay, Sault Ste Marie and Sudbury Bearskin Airlines today announced increased frequency of service between Thunder Bay, Sault Ste Marie and Sudbury effective September 19, 2016. One additional eastbound morning flight and one additional westbound evening flight will be offered each weekday, complimenting existing service between Northern Ontario’s largest cities. A second nonstop evening flight between Thunder Bay and Sudbury will also be offered on Fridays only. All nonstop service between Thunder Bay-Sault Ste Marie and Sault Ste Marie-Sudbury will increase from 23 to 33 flights weekly. Service between Thunder Bay-Sudbury will increase from 29 flights to 40 flights weekly including a combination of nonstop and one stop same aircraft service. Only Bearskin Airlines offers nonstop and one stop same aircraft service between Northern Ontario’s three largest cities, saving up to 8 hours or more on round trip travel as compared to connecting via Toronto. These new early morning and evening flights are designed to provide the longest workday possible for eastbound business travellers while minimizing the travel time required. No other airline offers faster more efficient service between Northern Ontario’s largest cities. In addition to the most direct service available, fares have been reduced as much as 60% since 2014 and only Bearskin Airlines permits your first checked bag to travel free, providing for savings up to $35 each way. Bearskin also provides the most efficient linkages between NW and NE Ontario via its Thunder Bay Airport hub. Bearskin Airlines is Northern Ontario’s hometown airline and currently offers up to 100 scheduled flights daily to 12 destinations from Winnipeg in the west to North Bay in the east.
