Sebagai bentuk pengembangan dan penguatan bisnis inti (strengthen core business) secara berkesinambungan dan sebagai langkah mewujudkan visi menjadi “Top 10 MRO in the World”, GMF melakukan langkah strategis yaitu ekspansi bisnis di level domestik dan regional dengan meningkatkan kualitas layanan bisnis inti GMF yakni Airframe Maintenance, Engine Maintenance, dan Component Services. Untuk mendukung ekspansi bisnis ini, banyak inisiatif yang dilakukan GMF, diantaranya melalui penawaran umum saham perdana (Initial Public Offering/IPO) dan partnership dengan global partner. GMF has taken part in the Maintenance Repair & Overhaul (MRO) business for 15 years as of 2017. As a way to continuously develop and strengthen its core business, as well as to reach the Company’s vision to be the “Top 10 MRO in the World”, GMF has made several strategic steps to expand its business domestically and regionally by improving the service quality of its core businesses including Airframe Maintenance, Engine Maintenance, and Component Services.
