Golf Event Agreement A CHAMPIONSHIP COURSE IN THE HEART OF RALEIGH Thank you for choosing the Lonnie Poole Golf Course for your next outing. With our breathtaking views, championship links, great food and attention to detail, we are poised to make your experience one your guests will never forget. The stunning layout has been designed by Arnold Palmer and the design team at Arnold Palmer Design Company (including Erik Larsen and Brandon Johnson, both NC State graduates). With breathtaking views of the Raleigh skyline and the award winning Centennial Campus, the golf course has become a favorite in the golf community. The purpose of the facility is to provide a public golf course on the Centennial Campus of NC State University that serves as a venue for the men’s and women’s varsity golf teams. It also facilitates turfgrass and storm water research associated with the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences (CALS). Likewise, the golf course serves as a teaching and training facility for the Professional Golf Management (PGM) Program in the College of Natural Resources. The course is very playable for all skill levels and a large challenge to low handicap players. We feel that you will find this course as one of the finest in the area, one of the best university facilities, and worthy of one of the premier universities in the nation.     Piuraaġiaqta Top of the World Golf Tournament 9 Hole – Best Ball, Shotgun Start Tournament Rules: 1. Each team consists of 3 players. 2. Each person can use one iron, each team will share a putter and tee mat. 3. Each player is given 2 balls. If you lose both balls, play is done for that player. The team can continue unless all balls are lost. 4. The tee mat can be used until putting begins. 5. Each team will be assigned a hole to begin play. Once the tournament director has assigned your team a hole, go to your assigned hole and wait for the sound of the air horn before starting. Teams must play all holes to qualify for prizes. 6. Teach team member must tee off on each hole and the team will select the best shot to continue play. Each player will hit from that spot and all subsequent spots until the ball goes in the hole. 7. Count all shots that are used per hole and write the score on the score card. Once you have completed all 9 holes, add the scores and enter it in the total score block. All scores will be checked by the tournament director. 8. Each player must sign the team score card. Clubs, tee mats and tees must be returned to an ASTAC representative at the end of play.     2021 TOURNAMENT RULES & REGULATIONS GENERAL The tournament regulations of the PGA of America and the South Florida Section PGA Executive Board guide and govern the conduct of all members. These regulations are recognized as part of the mandatory provisions of the government of the Association in the conduct of tournament activity. United States Golf Association (USGA) Rules of Golf shall govern all play except as modified by Local Rules. RESPONSIBILITY 1. All Professionals are responsible for knowing the Rules of Golf. It is advisable for them to carry a current Rule Book in their bag. 2. All Professionals are held responsible for knowing their starting times in South Florida Section sponsored, co- sponsored or sanctioned events. Groupings and starting times are generated by random draw. They will be made available by calling the host club or Section office during regular business hours, and they will be emailed to participants at least one day prior to the event (using the email provided during registration). In addition, tee times will be posted online at www.sfpgagolf.com/schedule/ and can also be found by using the SFPGA Tournament App. 3. Entries will close between 72 and 48 hours prior to the event unless otherwise stated on the official entry form, tournament information page or when a stipulated field is filled. Weekend deadlines revert back to the preceding Friday at 4:30 PM. Players may enter a tournament after a deadline and prior to the event date for an additional purse-enhancing fee of $75.00, provided that space is available and without existing individual or field tee time alteration.

    Policies and Procedures Application Fee The professional registration fee for the LPGA T&CP National Championship is $375 before July 4th/ $400 after July 4th. The registration fee includes three rounds of competition with golf carts, one practice round during the official practice round days, unlimited use of practice facility, an exclusive LPGA player gift package and an invitation to the LPGA Reception. LPGA Eligibility Eligible Players: Except as set forth below, all Master Professional, Class A, Class B, Apprentice, Life, Senior, Class A-2, Class B-2 and Class A-T members, who are in good standing and are not suspended from membership privileges, shall be eligible to play in Membership tournaments. Ineligible Players: Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the LPGA T&CP Bylaws, the following members are not eligible to play in Membership tournaments: 1. The other team members pick up their balls and place them within one hand length (no closer to the hole) of the marked spot. The registration process consists of completing a Join the Tour form for the current season and paying the current membership fee. First- time players must also submit current handicap information to their local tour director via email (please include your handicap ID# and the name of the organization which maintains the data. If an official handicap is not available, please submit 5 – 10 scores and the slope/rating associated with each course to your local tour director). The local tour director will utilize the information to ensure proper flight placement until an official AGT index is attained. Please provide complete and accurate information on the Join the Tour form. Each piece of data is not only required, but in the past, AGT demographic information has helped attain a variety of extra member benefits.
