Piuraaġiaqta Top of the World Golf Tournament 9 Hole – Best Ball, Shotgun Start Tournament Rules: 1. Each team consists of 3 players. 2. Each person can use one iron, each team will share a putter and tee mat. 3. Each player is given 2 balls. If you lose both balls, play is done for that player. The team can continue unless all balls are lost. 4. The tee mat can be used until putting begins. 5. Each team will be assigned a hole to begin play. Once the tournament director has assigned your team a hole, go to your assigned hole and wait for the sound of the air horn before starting. Teams must play all holes to qualify for prizes. 6. Teach team member must tee off on each hole and the team will select the best shot to continue play. Each player will hit from that spot and all subsequent spots until the ball goes in the hole. 7. Count all shots that are used per hole and write the score on the score card. Once you have completed all 9 holes, add the scores and enter it in the total score block. All scores will be checked by the tournament director. 8. Each player must sign the team score card. Clubs, tee mats and tees must be returned to an ASTAC representative at the end of play. Players may keep their balls. 9. The team with the lowest score wins 1st place. The team with the second lowest score wins 2nd place and the third lowest score wins 3rd place.

Zurich Classic of New Orleans Record Book (est. 2017, thru 2019) *2017 & 2018 Format Information: An historic change was made to the format of the Zurich Classic of New Orleans in 2017, making the event a two-player team event featuring Foursomes (alternate shot) during the first and third rounds and Four-ball (best ball) during the second and fourth rounds. A change was made at the 2018 Zurich Classic of New Orleans , with the two formats switching rotations. Rounds one and three in the two-player team event featured the Four-ball (best ball) format, while the second and fourth rounds used the Foursomes (alternate shot) format. Since the formation of the PGA TOUR (1968), the Zurich Classic became the first official event to utilize Foursomes as part of a team competition. The 2017 Zurich Classic was the first official PGA TOUR team event in 36 years. Before that, the last official PGA TOUR team event was the 1981 Walt Disney World National Team Championship held at the Magnolia, Palm and Lake Buena Vista courses at Disney. Vance Heafner and Mike Holland won that title. The tournament became an individual stroke-play event in 1982. The Zurich Classic awards FedExCup points and official money and counts as an official victory for the members of the winning team. The Broadmoor features two other courses, the West and the Mountain, and the resort’s landmark hotel, a 700- room, 18-restaurant facility located on the edge of Cheyenne Lake. COURSE RATING Based on the course setup for the championship, the USGA Course Rating™ is 73.8 and the Slope Rating® is 141. WHO CAN ENTER The championship is open to any professional or amateur golfer who is 50 years of age or older as of June 28, 2018.

About the NKF Golf Classic Qualifying first, second, and third place foursomes from every local National Kidney Foundation Golf Classic around the country are invited to compete at the National Finals held at the famed Pebble Beach Resorts. So, if the U.S. Open or the U.S. Amateur is not in your future, this three-day tournament may be your only chance to compete for a national championship at the beautiful and challenging Pebble Beach Links, Spyglass Hill Golf Course and The Links at Spanish Bay. Registration fees, travel, and accommodations must be paid for by the participant. The teams intending to compete/participate in the National Finals must be able to be at Pebble Beach, California in January 2017 (actual dates to be announced soon). How your participation helps The National Kidney Foundation (NKF) is the leading organization in the U.S. dedicated to the awareness, prevention and treatment of kidney disease for hundreds of thousands of healthcare professionals, millions of patients and their families, and tens of millions of Americans at risk. In the Delaware Valley there are currently 40,687 patients on dialysis and 13,341 people on the waiting list for a kidney. 2021 Tournament Rules & Regulations General Responsibility
2021 TOURNAMENT RULES & REGULATIONS GENERAL The tournament regulations of the PGA of America and the South Florida Section PGA Executive Board guide and govern the conduct of all members. These regulations are recognized as part of the mandatory provisions of the government of the Association in the conduct of tournament activity. United States Golf Association (USGA) Rules of Golf shall govern all play except as modified by Local Rules. RESPONSIBILITY 1. All Professionals are responsible for knowing the Rules of Golf. It is advisable for them to carry a current Rule Book in their bag. 2. All Professionals are held responsible for knowing their starting times in South Florida Section sponsored, co- sponsored or sanctioned events. Groupings and starting times are generated by random draw. They will be made available by calling the host club or Section office during regular business hours, and they will be emailed to participants at least one day prior to the event (using the email provided during registration). In addition, tee times will be posted online at www.sfpgagolf.com/schedule/ and can also be found by using the SFPGA Tournament App. 3. Entries will close between 72 and 48 hours prior to the event unless otherwise stated on the official entry form, tournament information page or when a stipulated field is filled. Weekend deadlines revert back to the preceding Friday at 4:30 PM. Players may enter a tournament after a deadline and prior to the event date for an additional purse-enhancing fee of $75.00, provided that space is available and without existing individual or field tee time alteration.

Policies and Procedures Application Fee The professional registration fee for the LPGA T&CP National Championship is $375 before July 4th/ $400 after July 4th. The registration fee includes three rounds of competition with golf carts, one practice round during the official practice round days, unlimited use of practice facility, an exclusive LPGA player gift package and an invitation to the LPGA Reception. LPGA Eligibility Eligible Players: Except as set forth below, all Master Professional, Class A, Class B, Apprentice, Life, Senior, Class A-2, Class B-2 and Class A-T members, who are in good standing and are not suspended from membership privileges, shall be eligible to play in Membership tournaments. Ineligible Players: Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the LPGA T&CP Bylaws, the following members are not eligible to play in Membership tournaments: 1. Honorary, Retired, Affiliate, Inactive and Active Association Tournament Division members; 2. Any member (other than a Class A-T member) who has competed in seven or more LPGA Tour co-sponsored or approved tournaments, Symetra Tour sanctioned tournaments, Legends Tour tournaments or tournaments on any professional tour outside the United States, in each case excluding qualifying tournaments (all of the foregoing collectively referred to as “Counted Tournaments”), in the aggregate, during the twelve months immediately preceding the tournament in which she is seeking entry; and 3.
