Premier Woods Card Tournament Series October 11, 2021 9:00a.m. Shotgun Start The game of the day will be an individual point quota Each player’s quota points will be tracked, and player handicaps will be adjusted after each event. “Quota Points” will be adjusted down a maximum of 2 points (per event) and up a maximum of 4 points (per event) based upon the previous events points made. The tournament committee reserves the right to make additional handicap adjustments as necessary and at its sole discretion. Note: For the 2021-2022 PWC Tournament Series season. The calculation for all players “Quota Points” for the Championship Event on April 11th, 2022, will be calculated by taking the average of the five (5) highest point totals of each player playing in the Championship Event. Therefore, all averages that fall .5 or higher get rounded up, and .4 and below get rounded down. SugarMill Woods C.C. 1 Douglas Ct. Piuraaġiaqta Top of the World Golf Tournament 9 Hole – Best Ball, Shotgun Start Tournament Rules: 1. Each team consists of 3 players. 2. Each person can use one iron, each team will share a putter and tee mat. 3. Each player is given 2 balls. If you lose both balls, play is done for that player. The team can continue unless all balls are lost. 4. The tee mat can be used until putting begins. 5. Each team will be assigned a hole to begin play. Once the tournament director has assigned your team a hole, go to your assigned hole and wait for the sound of the air horn before starting. Teams must play all holes to qualify for prizes. 6. Teach team member must tee off on each hole and the team will select the best shot to continue play. Each player will hit from that spot and all subsequent spots until the ball goes in the hole. 7. Count all shots that are used per hole and write the score on the score card. Once you have completed all 9 holes, add the scores and enter it in the total score block. All scores will be checked by the tournament director. 8. Each player must sign the team score card. Clubs, tee mats and tees must be returned to an ASTAC representative at the end of play. Players may keep their balls. 9. The team with the lowest score wins 1st place. The team with the second lowest score wins 2nd place and the third lowest score wins 3rd place.

2021 Tournament Rules & Regulations General Responsibility
2021 TOURNAMENT RULES & REGULATIONS GENERAL The tournament regulations of the PGA of America and the South Florida Section PGA Executive Board guide and govern the conduct of all members. These regulations are recognized as part of the mandatory provisions of the government of the Association in the conduct of tournament activity. United States Golf Association (USGA) Rules of Golf shall govern all play except as modified by Local Rules. RESPONSIBILITY 1. All Professionals are responsible for knowing the Rules of Golf. It is advisable for them to carry a current Rule Book in their bag. 2. All Professionals are held responsible for knowing their starting times in South Florida Section sponsored, co- sponsored or sanctioned events. Groupings and starting times are generated by random draw. They will be made available by calling the host club or Section office during regular business hours, and they will be emailed to participants at least one day prior to the event (using the email provided during registration). In addition, tee times will be posted online at www.sfpgagolf.com/schedule/ and can also be found by using the SFPGA Tournament App. 3. Entries will close between 72 and 48 hours prior to the event unless otherwise stated on the official entry form, tournament information page or when a stipulated field is filled. Weekend deadlines revert back to the preceding Friday at 4:30 PM. Players may enter a tournament after a deadline and prior to the event date for an additional purse-enhancing fee of $75.00, provided that space is available and without existing individual or field tee time alteration.

Policies and Procedures Application Fee The professional registration fee for the LPGA T&CP National Championship is $375 before July 4th/ $400 after July 4th. The registration fee includes three rounds of competition with golf carts, one practice round during the official practice round days, unlimited use of practice facility, an exclusive LPGA player gift package and an invitation to the LPGA Reception. LPGA Eligibility Eligible Players: Except as set forth below, all Master Professional, Class A, Class B, Apprentice, Life, Senior, Class A-2, Class B-2 and Class A-T members, who are in good standing and are not suspended from membership privileges, shall be eligible to play in Membership tournaments. Ineligible Players: Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the LPGA T&CP Bylaws, the following members are not eligible to play in Membership tournaments: 1. Honorary, Retired, Affiliate, Inactive and Active Association Tournament Division members; 2. Any member (other than a Class A-T member) who has competed in seven or more LPGA Tour co-sponsored or approved tournaments, Symetra Tour sanctioned tournaments, Legends Tour tournaments or tournaments on any professional tour outside the United States, in each case excluding qualifying tournaments (all of the foregoing collectively referred to as “Counted Tournaments”), in the aggregate, during the twelve months immediately preceding the tournament in which she is seeking entry; and 3. The Association ended last year with another successful AGM. It Cory Schmaltz, Carrot River was again a rewarding experience that proved to all in Kelly Schneider, Medstead attendance that the passion of school sport was alive and well. The discussion that takes place reinforces the philosophy and Barclay Patterson, Saskatoon mandate of this Association. It was great to see the turnout of Dale Reed, Regina delegates, some new as well as some veterans. I believe this ensures a good blend of ideas for the Association. The annual Kerri Archibald, Humboldt general meeting in Swift Current brought closure to the 2011- Miles Bennett, Rosetown 2012 school year. This served as a springboard to the 2012- 2013 school year and along with it, will introduce some exciting Larry Pavloff, Martensville new initiatives for our membership.
